Specialist treatment
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, therapeutic technique designed to stimulate the natural flow of lymph fluid in the body. Using light, rhythmic movements, it helps reduce swelling, support detoxification, and promote recovery after injury, surgery, or illness.
Any taping used is an extra $10.
Not suitable for clients with:
- Acute infections
- Active cancer (without clearance)
- Blood clots or uncontrolled medical conditions
Therapeutic Massage
A focused, results based treatment using deep tissue techniques, trigger point therapy and myofascial release.
Ideal for injury recovery, chronic pain, tension headaches and postural issues.
Relaxation Massage
Slower paced and nurturing, giving your nervous system the chance to reset. It is still therapeutic, just with a gentler approach.
Ideal for stress relief, burnout recovery and nervous system support.
Head, Neck, Shoulders, Pecs & Back
A deeper dive into the areas that take the brunt of modern life. Opens up posture, reduces neck and shoulder strain, and improves breathing and mobility.
Ideal for postural tension, desk fatigue and active upper body users.

Hi, I am Amy, the hands and heart behind Renew.
I am trained in relaxation, therapeutic and manual lymphatic drainage massage and understand how the body works, especially when it comes to soft tissue, injury prevention, and recovery.
I also focus on helping you relax and manage stress, because feeling calm is just as important as feeling strong. I work alongside local health professionals to make sure your care supports your whole health journey.
At Renew we take an all rounded approach to massage therapy, one rooted in soft tissue work, body awareness and results you can feel.

Located in the heart of Warkworth, the purpose built studio is a calm, inviting space where pampering meets purpose.
The kawakawa balm is made in house, with kawakawa, calendula, almond oil and beeswax. Ask about it at your next session.
